Having been in business over 10 years here in Flagstaff, Mountain Home Concierge has had the privilege of watching over many vacation homes while their owners are away. From scheduled weekly visits during the winter to an “on-call” or “as needed” basis, rest assured we can keep an eye on things and help with any issues that come up.
Having been in the water mitigation, mold remediation, and property restoration business for 7+ years, we know firsthand the damage that can arise when a small drip is left undetected for a long period of time or a busted pipe in a matter of a few hours. We take pride in preventing problems that can arise at a vacant home and with our help catch small problems before they become BIG problems!

Meet The Owner Adam Ashby
After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Secondary Education from NAU in 2000 and a few successful years of teaching in Phoenix, Adam longed to come back to Flagstaff. Seizing the opportunity in 2004, he was able return and has never looked back.
Leaving the teaching realm, he worked for an engineering firm, landscape design company, and finally settled with a property restoration company for 7 years. Adam liked the fast paced and ever changing environment of property restoration, yet longed for the challenges associated with owning and running a business of his own. So building upon all of these experiences, he created Property Magic Inc. in 2015 and purchased Carpet Magic and Mountain Home Concierge. Adam enjoys the day-to-day interaction with owners, property managers, tenants, employees, and problem solving that each new day brings.
